TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL※ Please do keep in mind that I do work a part-time job and I do commissions on the side.
※ I have the right to refuse your commission under my own discretion and/or if I do not feel comfortable/feel that it does not fit my style.
※ Please be respectful when ordering a commission.
※ If you, for any reason, break any of these rules or be disrespectful towards me as a person, and artist, you will be blacklisted.REVISIONS※ Major revisions are allowed anytime during sketching phase.
※ Minor revisions are allowed anytime during the cleaning phase.
※ NO revisions are allowed during the finishing phase however; if important details are missed, it is accepted.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY※ Turnaround can range from two (2) weeks to upward of four (4) months depending on complexity of the order and my schedule. Anything longer than that will be communicated accordingly.
※ Deadlines are allowed with a 2 week notice. A rush/priority order fee will be incurred for anything less than that.
※ If you rush me without paying for rush fee or priority fee, while being disrespectful to my time, you will be blacklisted.
※ Delivery of the final piece will be done through the preferred method of your choosing, such as: Discord, email, google drive, etc.
※ If no preferred delivery method is requested, all files will be delivered via google drive link.
※ Files will be in .png format.
  *Any other format, such as: .jpg, .psd, etc. need to be requested beforehand.USE※ You can use it anywhere you like as long as it does not contain any intent to harm others or spread misinformation.
※ Credits must be clearly given.
※ NO using my art for NFTs or for the use of AI training/databases.
※ If you violate these uses, you will be blacklisted.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS※ NO reproduction, copying or tracing of my art.
※ I reserve the right to include commissioned work in portfolios, commission sheets etc...
※ NO claiming my work as your own.
※ If you disregard these rights, you will be blacklisted.REFUNDS※ If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
※ If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion. I do have a rough basis for refunds:Sketch: 90%
Clean: 60%
Flat painting: 45%
Shading: 0%※ NO refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
※ The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.
※ If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.
※ Please commission responsibly.
※ If you try to argue, ignore, or deny any of my refund rules, you will be blacklisted.COMMUNICATION※ Communications can be done via direct messages/emails through desired methods.
※ If I accept your commission, I will contact you through your preferred method of communication.
※ You may keep in contact with me at any time and ask for updates, but please be reasonable and do not spam or rush me.
※ I do work part-time, and will NOT always be available, please keep that in mind.
※ If you are disrespecting my time and availability, you will be blacklistedBLACKLIST※ Violating any of my terms will permanently put you on my blacklist.

By commissioning and/or buying from me, means you have read and accepted my Terms of Service and in violating any of these terms puts you permanently on my blacklist.
